Users of this site acknowledge that they have the necessary skills and resources to access and use this site, and that they have checked that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and is in perfect working order.

The user acknowledges having been informed that the present site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, difficulties linked to the structure of communication networks or technical difficulties.
For maintenance reasons, CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME may interrupt the site and will endeavor to inform users in advance.

2. Data Protection Act

The general structure, software, texts, images (animated or not), know-how and all other elements making up the site are the exclusive property of CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME, with the exception of information from the Décibelles Data regional tourist information system.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever without the express authorization of CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The same applies to the databases appearing on the website, which are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases, and of which CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME is the producer.

4. Regional tourist information system

The content of the À VOIR / À FAIRE and SÉJOURNER menu pages is taken in whole or in part from the Décibelles Data database, the regional tourist information system.

The information in this database is supplied by third-party service providers, who are solely responsible for the integrity of the information they transmit. This information is not exhaustive and is provided for information purposes only, without any obligation on the part of CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME, and has no contractual value.

5. Conditions of use of the promotional e-mail service

The information and personal data collected on the forms of this site are subject to computer processing enabling CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME to inform its users of current events, its commercial offers and/or those of its partners by e-mail. Failure to reply to optional questions has no consequences; they merely enable CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME to get to know its users better.

CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME guarantees its users that all means are taken to guarantee the utmost confidentiality and integrity of data concerning them.

In accordance with law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning you.

6. Charter for the publication of reviews on the website

Reviews posted by Internet users are moderated before publication by the editorial team.

Reviews are published in their entiretý or deleted if they are deemed not to comply with the charter.

Internet users are responsible for the reviews they post. CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME detaches itself from any comments made by Internet users, as their comments commit only them and do not reflect the vision of the Tourist Office. In this respect, the responsibilitý of the Tourist Office can in no way be brought into play following the publication of a review.

When an Internet user posts the same review several times, the editorial team only publishes one version. Internet users are hereby informed that the content of the reviews they submit must not contravene current laws and regulations, or the present charter. Furthermore, by publishing a review, the user undertakes not to make any defamatory, insulting, racist, derogatory, libelous, invasive of a person’s image or invasive of privacy. Economic parasitism, unfair competition, trade name infringement, copyright infringement or trademark infringement are also prohibited.

When publishing an opinion, the user is required to be fully aware of the fact that the comments he or she makes reflect his or her views and personal opinion, and potentially engage his or her liability. The Tourist Office reserves the right, but is not obliged, to delete any review that contravenes current laws and regulations, or that is off-topic, defamatory or abusive. If you believe that a notice does not comply with this charter, please contact CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME. We will act promptly to provide an appropriate response.

7. General data protection regulations

CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME complies with the new legislation on data protection (RGPD). Its priority remains respect for users’ privacy. This privacy policy sets out below what information CREUSOT MONTCEAU TOURISME collects, how and why.

  • Collection and use of your data
    What information is collected and why? Very little information is collected. The list of personal data and the reasons why it is collected are explained below.
