The 4700 m² unenclosed garden/wooded area on the edge of the forest is a great place to meet deer and birds, and the enclosed paved courtyard is perfect for sunbathing.
You can bump into the owners (who are very, very discreet but available as they live across the road) in the vegetable garden, the orchard, the workshop or in the independent massage parlour.

In the heart of Burgundy, bordered by the Morvan, on the wine route (Beaune, Mercurey, Nuits-saint-Georges, Puligny-Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin...), with a wealth of flora and fauna (mushrooms, forests, lakes), greenways, Gallo-Roman and medieval sites, second-hand goods shops, Emmaüs, spas, casinos.... A 55 m² semi-detached house in Le Creusot, home of the famous Schneider family.
In a setting that's perfect for getting back to basics, relaxing, meditating or just lazing around, but just 10 minutes from the town centre, 20 minutes from Le Creusot TGV station and 45 minutes from the A6 motorway, this house has been designed with upcycling, recycling, second-hand and second-hand in mind (we don't have the comforts of modern and new, so we recycle, adapt and renovate as little as possible).
Its 2 bedrooms, small extra bed in the living room, living-dining room and kitchen with a convivial bar combine vintage with comfort. You'll find everything you need for raclette, fondue and cooking (microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge, coffee maker, Malongo coffee maker, kettle, steam cooker, pressure cooker), plus all the crockery and cutlery.
Here and there, benches, armchairs, barbecues, braziers and tables let you enjoy the outdoors. It's all there for you to take a breather, a moment to yourself or with friends. Deckchairs and outdoor beds, with plenty of cushions, will make your stay a must for relaxation and zenitude.
An outdoor bath at room temperature can be installed to enjoy the view.
Linen and towels are included, as are all crockery and cutlery. There is no need to unmake the beds on departure, as the owners will take care of this.
For €10, you can have a 6kg washing machine made by the owners (there is no machine in the house).
Basic necessities are available (tea, coffee, oil, sugar, soap, cotton, etc.), which will need to be replenished only in the event of sustained use.
An ironing board and a small iron are also available.
Outdoor games (table tennis, skittles, petanque, badminton, Frisbee, etc.), board games or solitaire games, a few gym accessories (2 large balls, skipping rope, yoga mat, etc.) are available as and when required.
Dogs, cats and other animals are very welcome! Bowls are available here and there.
No smoking in the house, but there are ashtrays all over the place outside!
Parking available in front of the house or in the paved courtyard.
