Maison d'hôtes Le Puits Darcy

Michelle and Patrice welcome you to the Puits Darcy guest house in Montceau-les-Mines.
Situated between town and country, close to the Route Centre Europe Atlantique and Montceau-les-Mines hospital. Just 5 minutes by bike from the Vélo route along the Canal du Centre, the house also offers bike storage (Accueil Vélo label). In the centre of a tourist attraction zone, you'll be no more than 40 minutes from the major sights of southern Burgundy, including Beaune, Autun, Mâcon, Chalon-sur-Saône, Tournus, Le Creusot, Cluny, Paray-le-Monial, Digoin and Bourbon-Lancy. You can discover three vineyards (Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais).

We have two guest rooms, each with a 140x190cm bed and a small desk, as well as a private shower room and WC. The two rooms are in two different buildings.

The garden and swimming pool are ideal for relaxing. A parking space on the property means you don't have to unload your car if you're stopping off on the way to your holiday destination. Wifi free of charge.

You will have access to the terrace and garden on sunny days and to a communal lounge when the weather is less clement. Numerous restaurants are available within 5 or 10 minutes of the house.

Contribution to the environment:
We use firewood for the ornamental fireplace. We use low-energy light bulbs. The products used for breakfast come from organic or sustainable agriculture.
Finally, we have an on-site organic waste reprocessing programme, paper and cardboard reprocessing, and a rainwater recovery system for watering the plantations.
