Week-end Expression Théâtrale Adultes

It all starts from within: a presence with oneself, with others, a gesture, a word, a sound that soon fills the space. Detached from ourselves and our worries, we explore the language of emotion through personal or group exercises.
The work is done both individually and together.
It takes place in a theatre.
The aim is to cultivate your quality of presence through exercises under the light:
- learning to let yourself be watched, becoming aware of your body, experiencing simple emotions and giving them to the audience;
- using the language of the stage to experiment with lively, dense expression.
The exercises are done alone or in pairs, in front of the other students.

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to experiment with theatrical expression, whether for personal or professional reasons, teachers, educators, youth workers, students, etc., as part of their professional activities or who need to improve their quality of presence.
