The Embarcadère is Montceau-les-Mines' cultural and conference centre, with an amphitheatre and exhibition gallery. Every year, the cultural season is rich and varied, with concerts, theatre, dance, exhibitions and more. It is also the main venue for the Tango, Swing et Brettelles festival, which takes place every year in early autumn in Montceau and the surrounding area.
