I've been working on the family farm in Écuisses since 2013. I'd be delighted to welcome you to my farm and show you our Charolais cows and soon our laying hens!
I've preserved the soul of the farm by keeping the Charolais cows. We now have almost 100 cows. I also grow potatoes without the use of inputs, and I'll soon be introducing laying hens.
