This international event will take place in France and French-speaking countries. Last year there were over 8,000 participants from 34 countries.
For the third year, the Rotary Club of Montceau Les Mines is inviting you to take part in this event. This is not an exam; the idea is to share a friendly, intergenerational moment. The dictation is open to secondary school pupils, students and adults.
Prizes in the form of shopping vouchers will be awarded to the best papers.
Profits will be donated to the Coup de Pouce association, which works to help children succeed at school, develop confidence in their abilities and prevent early school leaving.
Offered to towns and schools by the Coup de Pouce association, these extracurricular clubs bring together, in the evening after school, a facilitator and a small group of 5 children identified as vulnerable by teachers (Language Club in GS nursery, Reading Writing Club in CP, Reading Writing Mathematics Club in CE1). Coup de Pouce clubs promote academic success in the years concerned, and help prevent illiteracy.
