The primitive Romanesque nave was built at the beginning of the 11th century and has a very simple architecture. In the 12th century, it was enlarged by the addition of a bay and a narthex with rich sculpted decoration: capitals with plant or animal decoration and a tympanum decorated with a Christ in majesty. Later, during the 15th century, the choir was rebuilt in the Gothic style. The church is surrounded by a vast park which has recently been redesigned to enhance the architecture of the building. The building has recently undergone a long period of restoration work which has restored the beauty of the nave.
