Conférence "Alimentation-santé" avec Adrien Laporte

Our association is launching a series of conferences on a variety of themes, to be held in the Pouilloux village hall. To inaugurate this new format, we have invited Adrien Laporte, an engineer, globetrotter and market gardener who spent four years travelling the world to acquire agricultural and human knowledge that he would now like to share.

The theme chosen for this first conference is "Healthy eating", a topical subject that we think is of concern to many people.

It's an approach to health food from a farmer's point of view, to talk about the importance of old varieties, living soil and wild plants.

"A naturopath might advise you to eat salad for its vitamin E and C content, but some will have much more than others". Adrien Laporte.
